OK. Still have not quilted the top. It was supposed to be for my DD's birthday last month, but the quilting design I want to do seems to be beyond my capabilities at this time. I forgot to mention my DH bought me a long-arm machine about 3 months ago and I am still trying to master (or at least pretend) the operations.

ok, first attempt at blogging. What to say..... I just recently rekindled my interest in quilting and for a while was making a quilt a week (mostly for kids charities). Have now moved to more complicated patterns, which consequently are taking longer to complete. And then you get to where I am now.... a completed top and having trouble with the quilting design. I'll figure it out at some point, hopefully before July 11 since it is for my daughter and that is her birthday!!!
